Hi, I'm Christina.
For years, I worked behind the scenes in recruitment — reading thousands of resumes, hiring for 3,000+ roles, and watching very capable women doubt themselves in ways they didn't need to.
That's what sparked my curiosity: Why were so many capable, experienced women holding themselves back?
Now, as a Career Identity Mentor, I support women traversing midlife who feel disconnected from themselves and are ready to reconnect with who they actually are.
Together, we do the deep work of reconnecting you with who you are beneath the performance, the people-pleasing, and the years of "should." And from that clarity, we build what comes next. Identity-first. Strategy-second.

Her Career Coach
Life is too short to keep performing a version of yourself that no longer fits.
I know what it feels like to look at your life and not recognise yourself in it.
I’ve been there.
Working in a job that looked great on paper, surrounded by wonderful colleagues, yet deep down, I knew something was missing. I ignored that feeling for years, telling myself I should be grateful. After all, I had a steady career in recruitment. I should have known how to navigate change.
But the truth? I felt completely lost.
I dreaded mornings. I was emotionally drained. I barely saw my family. My career wasn’t just unfulfilling, it was consuming me. And as much as I loved the work, I started realising something that changed everything: most women weren't looking for a new job, ther were looking for themselves.
They wanted to feel like themselves again. They wanted to stop performing. They wanted permission to want more and the courage to go after it.
That’s when it clicked. The career question was never really about careers. It was about identity.
Women needed someone who could sit with them in the uncertainty, help them reconnect with who they actually are, and build from there. But no one was doing that work. Most career coaches start with the resume. I start with you.
That’s why I created Her Career Coach. I’m here to support you to remember who you are — and build a career and life from that foundation. Because you’re not lost. You’re not broken. You’re evolving. And when you have someone who can see that, everything shifts.
